ABOUT ME

I am a learning designer with a background in international adult education. As an educator, I used an empathetic approach to create learning experiences that were active and stimulating while always staying focused on the key learning objectives.

With a Master's degree in education, I have a strong grounding in learning theories such as constructivism, Vygotsky's zone of proximal development and andragogy.

I’ve always enjoyed new challenges and have embraced leadership roles such as creating professional development workshops and leading a team to redesign curriculum.

I have developed a core of knowledge about the instructional design process including Action Mapping, Needs Analysis and Storyboarding as well as gained confidence in using tools including Storyline 360, Adobe Illustrator and Toonly.

I look forward to further developing my networks and keeping up-to-date with new technological developments and learning trends.
